Miss Destiny
Director
Miss Destiny brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and psychology to her role as Director. She has a strong background in behavioral management, inclusive education, and supporting children with special needs, including those from military families.
At Milestones, she ensures the center runs smoothly through her organization, leadership, and dedication to high-quality care. Destiny leads with empathy and maintains an open-door policy, building lasting relationships with families and staff. She’s also passionate about mentoring teachers and supporting their growth.
Outside of work, Destiny enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, watching movies, swimming, and making memories with loved ones. Her experience, compassion, and leadership make her a valued part of the Milestones team.

Miss Megan
Float Teacher
Miss Megan brings decades of experience in early childhood education and plays a vital role across both our Amesbury and Salisbury locations. As a certified Director staff member, she provides invaluable support wherever needed, stepping into classrooms, mentoring staff, and helping ensure smooth daily operations.
Beloved by children and staff alike, Megan is known for her warm, approachable nature and her ability to connect with kids of all ages. Whether she’s reading stories, leading fun activities, or offering a comforting presence, she brings joy and learning into every interaction.
Megan’s deep commitment to nurturing young learners and supporting our program’s growth makes her an essential part of the Milestones family.

Miss Lily
Teacher
Miss Lily brings warmth, dedication, and over six years of experience to her role as a certified infant teacher. Her gentle and nurturing approach helps create a calm, supportive environment where babies can grow, explore, and feel safe. Families often comment on the loving atmosphere she fosters in her classroom.
Miss Lily is passionate about supporting early development through meaningful enrichment activities. She loves incorporating yoga into the daily routine and enjoys taking the little ones outside for nature walks and picnics, helping them connect with the world around them.
Outside the classroom, Miss Lily enjoys peaceful activities like yoga and fishing. She also treasures spending time with her little sister and her beloved dogs. Her caring nature and steady presence make her a valued member of the Milestones team.

Miss Tabby
Teacher
Miss Tabby is a newly certified teacher through EEC and a loving mother of three children, ages 10, 6, and 1. She brings both professional passion and personal experience to our infant classroom, creating a warm, home-like environment where babies feel safe, supported, and nurtured.
Tabby understands the importance of strong family connections in a child’s development and takes time to build meaningful relationships with every child and family in her care. Her natural empathy, patience, and attentiveness shine through each day, drawing from her own experiences as a mom to provide exceptional infant care.
Outside of the classroom, Miss Tabby enjoys spending quality time with her family, making memories, and encouraging her children’s creativity and independence. Her heartfelt dedication makes her a cherished part of our team.

Miss Jessica
Teacher/Admin
Miss Jessica is a tremendous asset to the Milestones team, bringing more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education. You’ll find her supporting both our Amesbury and Salisbury locations, where she puts her Massachusetts EEC Director Certificate to excellent use across many roles.
Jessica frequently steps into classrooms as a float teacher, engaging effortlessly with children of all ages, and she also provides valuable support in administrative roles. Her versatility allows her to build meaningful relationships with families and staff at both centers.
We are incredibly grateful for Jessica’s expertise, flexibility, and warm, welcoming presence, she truly helps Milestones shine!

Miss Jessica

Miss Arlette joined Milestones just under a year ago, and in that time she has truly thrived. While she is new to the early childhood field, her experience as a mother brings a natural ease, empathy, and confidence to the classroom. She quickly stepped into a leadership role in our Salisbury toddler room, where her calm presence and nurturing approach help children feel safe, supported, and eager to explore.
Arlette especially enjoys arts and crafts, using creative activities to help children express themselves and let their unique personalities shine.
Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her daughter and extended family.

Miss Jessi
Assistant Teacher
Miss Jessi is a valued Toddler Teacher Assistant at our Salisbury location, bringing with her many years of early education experience from previous centers. She first joined Milestones as a break-coverage teacher, but her patience, warmth, and natural connection with young children quickly made her an essential part of our full-time toddler team.
In the classroom, Jessi is loving, steady, and wonderfully supportive. She’s known for sparking joy with her fun toddler dance parties—one of the children’s favorite activities! Outside of work, Jessi enjoys spending time at the beach, soaking up the sun and relaxing by the ocean.
We are so grateful to have her as part of our Milestones family!
