Miss Kate
Director/Owner
Miss Kate has 20+ years experience as an early childhood educator and is the co-director & co-owner of Milestones. Her love for teaching young children prompted her to open Milestones in 2017. Miss Kate has a passion for children’s literature and loves to teach science while creating all sorts of special and fun projects. Singing and doing arts & crafts with her students are also some of her favorite activities. When she’s not at Milestones, she enjoys spending time with her family & friends and furry babies, Carter and Stevie.

Miss Theresa
Director/Owner
Miss Theresa is a vastly experienced early childhood educator, bringing over a decade of expertise to her role as the co-director and co-owner of Milestones. Her passion for teaching is palpable, and her unique blend of calmness and exuberance endears her to both the students and staff. Her favorite activity with the students is outdoor play and exploration along with fostering a love for discovery. Beyond her professional responsibilities, Theresa finds fulfillment in spending time with her family and friends, reading, watching sunsets at the beach and taking refreshing walks with her furry companion, Daisy.

Miss Amy
Director
Miss Amy is a dedicated Director at Milestones, bringing over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. After two decades in the classroom, she transitioned into administration and joined the Milestones team in April 2024. Her passion for nurturing young minds is deeply rooted in her personal and professional life—as the oldest of four siblings, a mother of two, and a lifelong advocate for children's development.
Amy plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of care that define Milestones. She works closely with Tiana to design engaging, enriching experiences for the children, and her leadership ensures a nurturing, inclusive environment for families and staff alike. Her office is always open—a welcoming space that reflects her warm, approachable nature and her commitment to building lasting relationships.
Outside of Milestones, Amy enjoys relaxing at the beach, spending quality time with her family, and caring for her two adopted dogs. Her leadership, warmth, and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable part of the Milestones community and a role model to the entire team.

Miss Destiny
Director
Miss Destiny brings over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and psychology to her role as Director. She has a strong background in behavioral management, inclusive education, and supporting children with special needs, including those from military families.
At Milestones, she ensures the center runs smoothly through her organization, leadership, and dedication to high-quality care. Destiny leads with empathy and maintains an open-door policy, building lasting relationships with families and staff. She’s also passionate about mentoring teachers and supporting their growth.
Outside of work, Destiny enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, watching movies, swimming, and making memories with loved ones. Her experience, compassion, and leadership make her a valued part of the Milestones team.

Miss Tori
Assistant Director
Miss Tori (Victoria) has been working with children since 2013 and has built her career around a genuine passion for helping little ones learn and grow. She loves watching children reach new milestones and takes great joy in supporting their development each and every day. Her warm personality, dedication, and heartfelt care make her a wonderful presence in the classroom.
Tori is also actively working toward her Director Certification and is on track to be fully certified by the end of the 2025, a reflection of her commitment to growing within the field of early childhood education.
Outside of work, Tori enjoys going to the gym and staying active. We’re grateful for her experience, enthusiasm, and the heart she brings to our Milestones team!

Miss Tiana
Assistant Director
Tiana serves as Milestones’ Assistant Director, and we are incredibly fortunate to have her as part of our leadership team. She first joined us in the summer of 2024 as a part-time administrative assistant and quickly proved to be an indispensable asset—so much so that she transitioned to a full-time role without hesitation.
Tiana brings a bright, positive energy to our center each day. She’s often found moving between classrooms, checking in with staff, reviewing curriculum implementation, and making sure daily operations run smoothly. Known for wearing many hats, she handles everything from managing staff checklists and coordinating graduation events to ensuring each team member has the tools and support they need to succeed.
Her ability to stay organized while fostering a warm, collaborative environment has made a lasting impact on both staff and families. Tiana’s dedication to uplifting those around her and enhancing the quality of our program makes her an invaluable member of the Milestones family—and we’re so grateful to have her leading alongside us.

Miss Jessica
Administrator and Float Teacher
Miss Jessica is a tremendous asset to the Milestones team, bringing more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education. You’ll find her supporting both our Amesbury and Salisbury locations, where she puts her Massachusetts EEC Director Certificate to excellent use across many roles.
Jessica frequently steps into classrooms as a float teacher, engaging effortlessly with children of all ages, and she also provides valuable support in administrative roles. Her versatility allows her to build meaningful relationships with families and staff at both centers.
We are incredibly grateful for Jessica’s expertise, flexibility, and warm, welcoming presence, she truly helps Milestones shine!

Miss Megan
Float Teacher
Miss Megan brings decades of experience in early childhood education and plays a vital role across both our Amesbury and Salisbury locations. As a certified Director staff member, she provides invaluable support wherever needed, stepping into classrooms, mentoring staff, and helping ensure smooth daily operations.
Beloved by children and staff alike, Megan is known for her warm, approachable nature and her ability to connect with kids of all ages. Whether she’s reading stories, leading fun activities, or offering a comforting presence, she brings joy and learning into every interaction.
Megan’s deep commitment to nurturing young learners and supporting our program’s growth makes her an essential part of the Milestones family.
