Miss Amy
Director
Miss Amy is a dedicated Director at Milestones, bringing over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. After two decades in the classroom, she transitioned into administration and joined the Milestones team in April 2024. Her passion for nurturing young minds is deeply rooted in her personal and professional life—as the oldest of four siblings, a mother of two, and a lifelong advocate for children's development.
Amy plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of care that define Milestones. She works closely with Tiana to design engaging, enriching experiences for the children, and her leadership ensures a nurturing, inclusive environment for families and staff alike. Her office is always open—a welcoming space that reflects her warm, approachable nature and her commitment to building lasting relationships.
Outside of Milestones, Amy enjoys relaxing at the beach, spending quality time with her family, and caring for her two adopted dogs. Her leadership, warmth, and unwavering dedication make her an invaluable part of the Milestones community and a role model to the entire team.

Miss Tiana
Assistant Director
Tiana serves as Milestones’ Assistant Director, and we are incredibly fortunate to have her as part of our leadership team. She first joined us in the summer of 2024 as a part-time administrative assistant and quickly proved to be an indispensable asset—so much so that she transitioned to a full-time role without hesitation.
Tiana brings a bright, positive energy to our center each day. She’s often found moving between classrooms, checking in with staff, reviewing curriculum implementation, and making sure daily operations run smoothly. Known for wearing many hats, she handles everything from managing staff checklists and coordinating graduation events to ensuring each team member has the tools and support they need to succeed.
Her ability to stay organized while fostering a warm, collaborative environment has made a lasting impact on both staff and families. Tiana’s dedication to uplifting those around her and enhancing the quality of our program makes her an invaluable member of the Milestones family—and we’re so grateful to have her leading alongside us.

Miss Lorein
Teacher
Miss Lorein is a devoted teacher who finds fulfillment in the simple joys of life. Whether it's spending quality time with her family, engaging in meditative practices, or enjoying the companionship of her dog Minnie, she cherishes the bonds that bring warmth to her days. In her role as an educator, Miss Lorein brings a sense of joy to her students through interactive circle time sessions and creative activities. Her dedication to creating a positive and engaging learning environment is evident in the enthusiasm she brings to each interaction. Beyond the classroom, Miss Lorein extends her love for fun activities to her personal life, creating lasting memories with her daughter. Miss Lorein's balanced approach to work and personal life makes her a nurturing presence both at home and in the educational setting

Miss Monica
Teacher
Miss Monica is a seasoned early childcare educator with a longstanding commitment to the field. She is licensed from the Massachusetts Department of Early Education & Care and is actively working towards a degree in Early Education & Care at NECCO. Her extensive experience includes years of babysitting and as teacher helper here at Milestones. Miss Monica enjoys outside time, creating arts & crafts projects, and reading captivating and engaging books with her students. In her free time, she loves listening to music and going to concerts with her family and friends.

Miss Tatyana
Teacher
Miss Tatyana is an experienced early childhood educator. She is licensed through EEC and can be found most days in our infant wing. She is the youngest of eleven siblings which is evident as her family-oriented heart shines through in her teaching. Miss Tatyana loves creating memorable moments in her classroom by using a bubble machine and music which fosters joy and learning. When she's not at Milestones, she enjoys sea glass hunting in Gloucester, spending time with her family & friends, and caring for her furry children Opal the dog and Kevin Ophelia the rabbit.

Miss Alicia
Teacher
Miss Alicia is a highly dedicated preschool teacher with over 20 years of experience in early childhood education. She holds a Bachelor's degree from St. Michael's College with expertise spanning across infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and pre-k students. Miss Alicia's teaching philosophy centers on child-initiated long-term investigations, where she nurtures curiosity and empowers students to explore their interests, setting them on a path of lifelong learning. Beyond the classroom, she enjoys cooking, attending live music events, and indulging in novels. She is a loving pet owner to Stanley Tucci, her cat, and Churchill, her loyal dog.

Miss Riliegh
Assistant Teacher
We’re thrilled to welcome Rileigh to the Milestones team, where she will be supporting our Toddler rooms. Although she is new to the professional childcare field, Rileigh comes with a wealth of experience as a trusted babysitter and nanny.
Rileigh is passionate about pursuing a career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and is eager to make a difference in the lives of young children. Outside of her work, she is a creative spirit with interests in art, cooking, and gardening. Her love for nurturing plants is rivaled only by her affection for her beloved cat and dog.
When she’s not busy cultivating young minds or tending to her garden, you can find her enjoying her favorite music. We are excited to have Rileigh on board and look forward to the positive energy she’ll bring to our team!

Miss Stephanie
Assistant Teacher
Miss Stephanie brings creativity to the forefront, engaging her students in arts and crafts projects that foster both imagination and skill development. She loves to keep things exciting for her students as she is an early educator whose love for volleyball and sports extends beyond the court and into the classroom. She enthusiastically coaches those interested in the sport and brings that love of sports into the classroom. Miss Stephanie continuously learns new games to play, ensuring her students have a dynamic and enjoyable learning experience. She also loves the beach, baking and spending time with her large family.

Miss Melinda
Teacher
Miss Melinda, one of our dedicated toddler teachers, is currently pursuing her education at Salem State University, driven by her lifelong passion for working with children. Her journey began with babysitting infants in her family, leading to the responsibility of running her own Sunday school class at church. Through early education classes and her tenure at Milestones, Miss Melinda has flourished. Outside of the classroom she finds solace in the company of her beloved dog, Charlie, and cherishes moments spent with family and friends. An avid reader and explorer, she is always eager for new book recommendations and enjoys discovering new places. Miss Melinda's enthusiasm shines brightest when she engages her students in messy sensory play, fostering a hands-on approach to learning and exploring the wonders of the world together.

Miss Melissa

Miss Melissa, an esteemed educator with years of experience, is currently pursuing her studies at Merrimack College. Outside of her academic pursuits, she finds solace in crocheting, painting and journaling, nurturing her creativity. With her faithful companion Charlie by her side, she enjoys leisurely walks and cherishes moments of relaxation. Passionate about instilling a love for reading, Miss Melissa encourages her students to embrace messy and creative activities, fostering a dynamic learning environment. In her downtime, she indulges in the simple pleasures of Netflix and relishes the luxury of sleeping in. Her classroom radiates with a blend of creativity, warmth and a deep-seated love for learning, ensuring a nurturing and enriching experience for all her students.

Miss Kianna

Miss Kianna brings a decade of experience from the healthcare field to her new role in early education, driven by her passion for nurturing and supporting those around her. In the classroom, Kianna thrives on learning from both her students and colleagues, constantly seeking new insights and growth. At home, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, son, and three dogs. Kianna is her daughter's biggest cheerleader at gymnastics, loves taking walks to the park with her son, and finds joy in music, shopping, and cooking for her family.

Miss Kelly

Kelly joins us with over 20 years in the field working with children. She is director certified and will be helping out primarily in preschool. She enjoys getting messy whether it is with crafts or outside with her class and letting them use their imagination for a fun and creative approach to teaching. In her free time she enjoys walks on the beach, running and is involved in lots of charity work.

Miss Mackenzie

Mackenzie is an enthusiastic young educator embarking on her teaching journey while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences. Joining us as the new teacher in Preschool Orange, Mackenzie brings a dynamic blend of energy and creativity to the classroom. She enjoys reading, staying active at the gym, and relaxing at the beach in her free time. Mackenzie plans to engage the children with dance parties and captivating storytime sessions, promising a vibrant learning environment. We eagerly anticipate the exciting activities she will introduce to Preschool Orange!

Miss Xiomarie

Xiomarie is embarking on her journey in childcare while excelling as a high school student and trusted babysitter for children aged 1 to 7 years. As an assistant teacher, she will be actively engaged with infants and toddlers, collaborating closely with our experienced educators to develop essential classroom management skills. Outside of her educational pursuits, Xiomarie is actively involved in her school's JROTC program and delights in outdoor adventures with friends during her leisure time.

Miss Nani

Nani is a newly certified teacher with a deep passion for early childhood education and a heart full of enthusiasm as she begins her professional journey in childcare. While new to the classroom, Nani brings a wealth of hands-on experience from her time as a church youth leader, where she connected with children of all ages and developed a strong understanding of their developmental needs.
Driven by her love for nurturing young minds, Nani is committed to creating a warm, supportive, and enriching environment for her toddler classroom. Her approach blends creativity, curiosity, and care—whether she's leading a sing-along, guiding a messy art project, or exploring the outdoors with her students. Known for her gentle spirit and joyful energy, it’s not unusual to find her at the center of a toddler hug pile, fully immersed in the magic of childhood discovery.

Mary may be new to the field of childcare professionally, but she brings a rich background of hands-on experience as a trusted babysitter and devoted mother to her own toddler. Currently pursuing her certification in early childhood education, Mary is passionate about providing nurturing, high-quality care and is committed to continual learning as she grows in her role.
As an infant teacher, Mary is known for her gentle, attentive nature and her ability to form strong, supportive connections with both children and their families. She values open communication and collaboration with parents, ensuring that each child receives consistent care and love in every setting.

Miss Reese
Float
Reese joins our team as a part-time float while actively pursuing her college degree, and she has already made a lasting impression across every age group at Milestones. With her warm, kind-hearted demeanor and natural ability to connect with children, Reese brings energy and joy into every classroom she steps into.
Her positive attitude and eagerness to help make her a valued team member, as she effortlessly builds strong relationships with both children and colleagues alike. Whether she’s leading a creative activity or jumping in to support wherever needed, Reese’s presence is always uplifting and dependable.
Outside of work, Reese enjoys hiking, sewing, and baking, and she shares her home with three beloved cats—Luna, Mango, and Gracie. She brings her creativity into the classroom through crafts and imaginative play, making each day engaging and enriching for the children.
Reese’s friendly spirit, artistic flair, and deep connection with the children make her an indispensable part of our team, and we’re thrilled to have her with us.

Miss Alyssa

Alyssa brings a wealth of experience to our team, with a strong background in childcare that includes roles as a babysitter, nanny, and classroom teacher. As a devoted mother to a toddler—with a new baby on the way—Alyssa has a deep, firsthand understanding of infant care, and her natural ability to nurture and connect with the little ones in her classroom is truly exceptional.
Her genuine warmth and dedication are evident in the strong relationships she builds—not only with the children, but also with their families and her fellow educators. In addition to her childcare expertise, Alyssa brings a creative flair from her background in culinary arts, adding a unique dimension to our team. Outside of work, she enjoys scrapbooking and taking nature walks with her family, cherishing quality time in the outdoors.

Miss Karina

Karina is a compassionate and enthusiastic young toddler teacher.
Currently guiding our newly transitioned infants with care and intention, Karina creates a warm, supportive environment where children feel safe, loved, and eager to explore. Her toddlers naturally gravitate toward her for comfort and reassurance, a testament to the deep trust and affection she fosters.
As a mother to a toddler herself, Karina brings a personal understanding of nurturing and development, which shines through in every interaction. She also prioritizes strong relationships with families, maintaining open communication and advocating for the unique needs of each child in her care.
Outside the classroom, Karina is a published author and a passionate artist. She brings this creativity into her teaching through crafts, music, and imaginative play, making each day both engaging and enriching for her young learners.

Miss Shelby

Shelby is a wonderful addition to our team and has fully embraced her role as the lead Pre-K teacher with enthusiasm and heart. In her first lead teaching position, Shelby has approached the role with a thoughtful, open-minded attitude—eagerly learning from experienced colleagues and incorporating their insights as she develops her own confident teaching style.
Her dedication to personal and professional growth is evident in everything she does, and watching her rise to new challenges has been truly rewarding for both her peers and her students. Shelby brings a warm, creative energy to the classroom, helping her Pre-K learners thrive through engaging lessons and meaningful connections.
Outside of work, Shelby enjoys relaxing at home with her dog, Shorty, or traveling to see live concerts. She’s also an avid crafter who loves diving into hands-on projects—something she happily brings into the classroom for messy, creative fun with her students.

Gabbi joins our young toddler program as a former Milestones parent turned educator, bringing with her a warm, nurturing presence and a deep understanding of children. With decades of experience in early childhood education, Miss Megan is a trusted and valued presence at both our Amesbury and Salisbury locations. As a staff member with Director credentials, she plays a key role in supporting daily operations, stepping into classrooms, mentoring team members, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience for children and families.
Loved by both children and colleagues, Megan is known for her warm, approachable nature and her ability to connect with kids of all ages. Whether she's leading an activity, reading a favorite story, or simply offering a kind smile, she brings joy, comfort, and learning to every moment.

Miss Melanie

Melanie has joined our Toddler classroom as an afternoon closer, and we’re so excited to welcome her to the team! By day, she works as a one-on-one paraprofessional in the public school system, and she was eager to expand her experience by working with younger children during the afternoons and summer months.
Melanie’s warm and gentle nature has already made a big impression—our toddlers absolutely adore her. Whether she’s reading stories, singing songs, or blowing bubbles outside, she’s always fully engaged and present with the children, creating a calm and joyful environment.

Neila has been a valued member of the Milestones team for nearly a year, returning during school breaks and summer to support our infant and toddler classrooms. A dedicated college student pursuing a degree in education, Neila brings both passion and purpose to her work with young children.
Known for her warm smile and positive energy, Neila is a nurturing and attentive presence in the infant wing. She’s deeply in tune with the needs of the babies in her care, creating a calm, responsive environment where each child feels safe and supported.
Outside the classroom, Neila is a dedicated athlete with a love for swimming, field hockey, and tennis—her strong sense of discipline and teamwork translates seamlessly into her role at Milestones.
